Kleinmond Gaan Bos Festival

We present the KGB, Kleinmond Gaan Bos Festival. This year, as a start, we have a New Year’s celebration planned for you from 29 to 31 December 2025. Three days, five events. You can choose from a variety of musical events for the best holiday time in Kleinmond, culminating in our New Year’s Eve event on 31 December 2025 from 14h00 till late after midnight. The event to be hosted by KGB Festivals and Events (Pty) Ltd with professional, well-known service providers for sound engineering, musical director and wine and beer garden, supported by industry sponsors. There are food trucks and stalls available, and mom and dad can drop of the kids in a safe kiddies play area.

The Idea is

29 December 2025 KGB Covers @ Tides (18h00 - 23h00) Eugene, Helen Henn. Des Bosch, Thinus Ries and others That's right, to start the festival, we will have a few local cover artists to perform the best covers and sing along to music you have ever experienced. Come and take in the sea vibes, the music and the view at Tides Beach Bar, Harbour Road, Kleinmond. Come sing along for a real holiday vibe.

30 December 2025 KGB C Shack Sessions (18h00 – 24h00) Ft. RAAF and special guests The C Shack Restaurant Sessions at C-Shack Restaurant, Harbour Road, Kleinmond will have RAAF performing for you, supported by a supporting act (or acts) before the time to set the scene for the main stage event the next evening. Come and take in the sea vibes, the music and the view!

30 December 2025 KGB Dorp Sessions @ The Shed (14h00 – 18h00) Ft. Die Wasgoedlyn, Frazier Barry and others. Preceding our New Year's main stage event, New Year's in Kleinmond Harbour Road, will be musicians entertaining you at The Shed. Frazier Barry, well-known local activist and artist, will be the musical director for the KGB Dorp Sessions to showcase the talent of the Overstrand and beyond. The line-up will be announced soon. KGB Late Night Dance @ the Shed ft DJ Magic! Later in the evening well well-known DJs from the Overstand region will entertain you at The Shed.

KGB Main Stage New Year's Event @ The Shed, Harbour Rd

Conrad Jamneck (Daisy Jones Bar and Strab Festival) has selected 5 to 8 acts performing from 17h00 until 01h00 @ The Shed, Kleinmond Harbour Rd. Well-known artists, amongst others, Neil Sandilands, Albert Frost, Valliant Swart, Gian Groen and Jake Gun, to name a few, carefully selected to provide suitable folk, rock and blues to lead us into the new year. It is a family event for mom, dad and the kids and teenagers and young people to just have a jol. Full lineup to be announced soon. Watch our socials.

The event to be hosted by KGB Festivals and Events (Pty) Ltd There will be a wine and beer garden supported by industry sponsors. There will be a kiddies corner so mom and dad can relax.
